I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
You should have an SU session open now. Let's walk through the steps for installing the module:
- To install the AzureRM.Netcore PowerShell module, run the Install-Module cmdlet, along with a module manifest, that is, AzureRM.Netcore:
PS> Install-Module -Name AzureRM.Netcore
- You may get a warning based on the execution policy. Pick Yes to continue; this is a trusted module.
- Now the module is ready and available for use. To import the cmdlets to the user session, run the Import-Module cmdlet:
PS> Import-Module -Name AzureRM.Netcore
- Test the AzureRM cmdlets. To create a session, use Login-AzureRmAccount:
PS> Login-AzureRmAccount
- Straight after that, you need to authenticate the device by going to https://aka.ms./devicelogin ...
