So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
We will start by identifying an image to pull. In this recipe, we will pull the PowerShell image that was created by Microsoft. It is available at https://hub.docker.com/r/microsoft/powershell/:
- Pull the specified image from the Docker Hub registry using the following command:
PS> Pull-ContainerImage -Repository microsoft/powershell:latest
- Pull the repository with all of its images:
PS> Pull-ContainerImage -Repository centos -ALL
To cancel a pull request, press the universal Linux abort combination, Ctrl + C.
