When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Overview of PowerShell, Bash, and Python integration
Python has several strong points, which makes it worthy of attention. Apart from being a Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), it is, far more significantly, easy to learn. It is also easy to read, even for people who are not Python programmers. Python is capable of being used to write full-scale applications and server software, but as database administrators, we'll find it more interesting that it is very handy when it comes to writing quick utility scripts.
PowerShell's love with the Microsoft community is significant and we use it every day, but there's an entirely new world out there in the open source land. Linux is also a thriving community with a great set of tools and products ...
