The function is the same as that of SF-S. However, this command is not exe-
cuted if an SD condition is existing on the protection channel, or if the pro-
tection channel is in use by a higher priority request (including the failure of
the protection channel). This command has a lower priority as compared to
SF-S command (see Figure 12.23).
