Take the Big Picture View
Problem: You get bogged down in the details and lose sight of what’s going on in the rest of the community.
To know what’s going on, you have to look at the big picture. Don’t look at the trees when there’s a whole forest to see. When you’re an effective program manager, the details rarely matter.
