So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Retrospective
Your success as a program manager depends on your ability to develop relationships in the community and communicate with people on the inside and the outside. Like any other skills worth having, these will take practice. The information in this chapter pointed you in the right direction. Now it’s up to you to act. If you spend time reflecting on your missteps, you’ll find this becomes easy in short order.
