It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Define the Life Cycle of a Proposal
Problem: The timeline for proposals is unclear. Inconsistent handling leads to feelings of unfair treatment or exclusion of less-frequent contributors.
Do you like “hurry up and wait?” I didn’t think so, and your community doesn’t either. Proposals should not languish for the entire length of the release’s proposal window. Move proposals through the process expeditiously so that the feature owners can get to work on implementation.
