Once you know what the release schedule looks like, you’re ready to define the process for planning features. Your project’s feature-planning process is an important tool for planning and coordination. Documenting the planned work allows for early feedback and lets you see when two developers are working on features that overlap or conflict. It also gives the project’s documentation and marketing teams an early start on their work.
