Track Bugs
Problem: The bug tracker is a disordered mess. You can’t tell any information about the bug reports without reading each of them individually.
From a program management level, you don’t care about individual bugs. Your concern is bugs in the aggregate, which means you need to be able to get information about the bugs as a set. This is only possible when you have consistent processes for managing bugs. Let’s dig into how to make that happen.
