Make the Decision

Problem: You think you’re ready to release, but you don’t know how to be sure.

Now that we’ve spent most of the chapter setting up the framework for knowing when the code and the team are ready, let’s put that to use. If you’ve been paying close attention to the project in the run-up to the release decision, the decision should be no surprise. You already know where everything stands. But sometimes the decision requires a judgment call, so let’s figure out how to do that.
