It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
1章価値交換システム
価値を誤解すると、企業はビルドトラップにはまります。ビジネスや顧客のために創造したいアウトカムと価値を結び付ける代わりに、作ったものの数で価値を計測してしまうのです。マーケットリーの例が良い例です。1か月で10個の機能をリリースしたことをリーダーは喜びましたが、これらのいずれも彼らの目標を達成することはありませんでした。

顧客やユーザーは問題や要望、ニーズを持っています。その逆側にビジネスがあり、問題を解決したり要望やニーズを満たしたりするために、プロダクトやサービスを作っています。顧客が価値を認めるのは、自分たちの問題が解決したり、要望やニーズが満たされたりしたときだけです。そのときだけ、図1-2に示すように、彼らはビジネス側に価値を返してくれます。
