So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
SELF-OBSERVATION AS A COACH
Let’s explore how specifically designed self-observation exercises can increase your mindfulness around specific Voices or Aspects and lead to much greater skill and fluidity in navigating the coaching conversation.
Exercise 11.2 provides a general set of questions for self-observing yourself around a particular Voice or Aspect. What you choose to pay attention to might emerge from client feedback, a self-assessment, or any other source of curiosity.
