COACH AS LEARNER
Coaching provides a continuous opportunity for us to practice, one in which the mindful coach, as well as the client, learns and grows. As I’ve already suggested, we study ourselves, constantly and gently seeking to become better at what we do. When we place ourselves in service to our clients’ learning, we develop our self-awareness both in order to serve well and to be able to make the claim that we know the territory enough to support our clients in similar self-development.
