It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Many companies give their employees breaks because they know it’s important for them to rest their bodies and their minds. Give yourself breaks, too, to help balance a particularly trying day of personnel conflicts with some worry-free time for yourself.
Rest during the day is a hard concept for hard-charging small-business owners to buy into. So many take better care of their businesses than themselves.
