deliver what they say they will deliver?
䉱 Does the up-selling policy respect the rights of customers to
truly benefit from the extra price they will pay? Are the sales-
people respecting the customer’s right to make informed
choices, or are they simply slamming the customer in the deal
to make a buck?
䉱 Does offering the customer the chance to buy a front-end
alignment or a brake job cause the customer harm?
