Sign up for AdMob and Register Your App

The first step in working with Google AdMob is to set up an AdMob account and register an app. To create an AdMob account, you’ll need a Google account and an AdSense or Google Ads account.

To get started, visit the Google AdMob Get Started page.^[58] Scroll down until you see the Create an AdMob account link, click that link, and you’ll see a page similar to this:

Select the option that works best for you—for example, I don’t have an AdSense or Google Ads account. I need both.—and follow the on-screen instructions until you reach the end. Once you’re done, you’ll see something like this:
