It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The CD-ROM that accompanies this Handbook contains three types of files:
- Adobe.pdf documents
- Microsoft Word documents
- Microsoft Excel documents.
Computer Requirements
To read or print the .pdf files on the CD-ROM, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your system. The program can be downloaded free of cost from the Adobe website, www.adobe.com.
To use or adapt the contents of the Microsoft Word or Excel files on the CD-ROM, you must have Microsoft Word and Excel software installed on your system.
