I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There are about as many types of off-the-shelf training packages as there are vendors who sell them. Common wisdom is that most are second rate when compared with creating your own materials, but common wisdom is often mistaken. There are many wonderful training programs available directly from vendors. When used for the right needs and in the right training environment, they can save time and money and provide a great learning experience for the learner.
