I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Your leaders must champion the learning that occurs in your organization, and it will be up to you to ensure that they are prepared to lead the learning effort.
You are a trusted advisor to your leaders, and they will count on you to provide feedback and coach them about best practices and how to put them into action. Remember that you will be modeling along the way. Everything you do should be considered the best way. Expect employees to emulate what you do.
