Sustain Learning On the Job
Put learning where the work is. This part of your job requires you to help supervisors and managers view the important role of developing their employees. It requires a different focus. You will coach managers to support their employees daily as the work or technology changes, or as they grow in responsibilities.
As a trusted advisor, you will use your expertise to ensure that supervisors and managers design and deliver on-the-job learning and stay abreast of opportunities that help ensure employees learn and develop their on-the-job skills.
