So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Enable Social Learning
Humans do almost everything in groups—including learn. Employees who learn with others are more willing to experiment with new skills. Talent development professionals have opportunities to enable social learning for employees.
Enable social learning in your organization by first reviewing your learning ecosystem (see chapter 13) and the range of learning options available to your employees. Then use the ideas in this chapter to decide what you could do in the future. Your employees are just a click away from most of the information they need, and will expect the same immediate response.
