Promote Talent Development Professionals as Consultants

Your role as an internal consultant may be your favorite part of the job because it gives you the opportunity to be involved with many different kinds of projects. Whether you think of yourself as a consultant or not, you most likely use consulting skills as a talent development professional. Predictions for the future indicate that our profession will continually take on more of a consultative role. Some projects may be related to learning, such as creating a talent management continuum.
