Printer Specs
When you’re shopping for a printer, there are several important specifications to consider:
Print Speed: This is usually measured in pages per minute (ppm). Higher print speed is beneficial for high volume printing.
Print Quality: For standard text documents, most printers will do an adequate job. If you plan on printing high-quality photos or graphics, you’ll want a printer with a high print resolution, which is measured in dots per inch (dpi). The higher the dpi, the better the print quality.
Color or Monochrome: If you only need to print text documents, a monochrome (black and white) printer may be all you need. However, if you need to print photos or color documents, you’ll need a color printer.
