So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
One’s Complement
One’s complement is obtained by inverting each bit of the binary number. So, positive numbers are represented in binary form and negative numbers using one’s complement notation.
For example, the number 0102 is 1012 using one’s complement notation.
