I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
System on a Chip
A system on a chip (or SoC) is an integrated circuit that combines the components of a computer system into a single chip. These components usually include the CPU, RAM, Storage (eg SSD) and a GPU.
A recent example of a system on a chip is Apple’s M1 chip used in the new line of Apple Mac computers.
The M1 chip combines the CPU, Graphics Processor (or GPU), memory (or RAM), SSD drive controller, and a neural engine which is a component designed to use machine learning and artificial intelligence for tasks such identifying objects in photos, or applying an automatic filter to a picture, analysing videos, voice recognition, and ...
