It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you want the objects on your page to be a certain dis-
tance from each other, try this tip: Using the Align palette,
make sure that Show Options in the palette’s fl yout menu
is on. Turn on the checkbox for Use Spacing, and type the
exact spacing you want in the Use Spacing fi eld. Select your
objects and click either the Distribute Vertical or Distribute
Horizontal Space icon in the Align palette.

make a copy of something on
the page, simply hold down
the Option key (PC: Alt key)
and drag the object with the
Selection
