Print and QuickTime usually have
nothing to do with each other. After
all, print is usually CMYK and static;
and QuickTime is usually RGB and
moving. So why would you ever want
to place a QuickTime movie in an
InDesign document? To go out to
PDF and the Web. Choose Place
from the File menu and then point
to a QuickTime movie. You will be
able to bring it in, and on your print
document it will be a static image;
but when you Export to PDF or
Package for GoLive it will go out as
a fully functional QuickTime movie.

Most QuickTime movies fade in from black.
