If you fi nd yourself using a command that doesn’t
have a keyboard shortcut (like the Margins and
Columns dialog, for example), then just make one.
Go under the Edit menu and choose Keyboard
Shortcuts. When the dialog appears, from the
Product Area pop-up choose whichever menu the
command appears under (in the example shown
here, Margins and Columns appears under the
Layout Menu). Then in the list of commands that
appears, click on the command that you want to
assign a keyboard shortcut (as shown here).
If there’s already a shortcut, it will appear in the
Current Shortcuts ...
