Okay, this may sound a bit esoteric, but it’s more useful than you’d think. Here’s a typical
scenario: You highlight some text to adjust it, you start increasing the size of the text, and
it starts to overlap another object on the page (a photo, a box, a graphic—whatever). So
you have to switch to the Selection tool, move the object out of the way, and then switch
back to the Type tool and re-highlight your text. A pain, right? Right. But instead, even
