It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you know exactly the percentage amount
you want to zoom in (or out), you can
highlight the Zoom fi eld (in the bottom left
corner of your document window) and type
in the amount. However, if it seems like a
lot of trouble to head down there, highlight
the fi eld manually, and then type in the percentage, you’ll love this tip: Just press Option-
Command-5 (PC: Alt-Control-5) and the fi eld will highlight automatically. All you do is type
in your desired percentage, then press Enter. You don’t even have to type the percentage
symbol, just type in the number, hit the Enter ke ...
