It’s not uncommon for people to have two or more printers these days. Each printer, of
course, has its own way of working and its own driver and its own settings. Rather than
having to remember which settings you used the last time, use saved Print Presets. Choose
File>Print Presets>Defi ne and click New in the Print Presets dialog. Now you can choose a
printer and all the settings you want for that printer. Name your settings and click OK. The
next time you want to print with those settings, simply choose your setting from the File
