Like most spelling checkers, InDesign’s checker

lets you add words it doesn’t recognize during

the spell-checking process (words like your name

or your company’s name), but you’ll save time if

rather than waiting until these names come up

during a spell-check, you enter them now, in the

InDesign Dictionary. Go under the Edit menu,

under Spelling, and choose Dictionary. This

brings up a dialog where you can enter your

name, your company’s name, and other words
