It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Hey, are you still creating oversized pages
just to represent your bleed and slug infor-
mation? Now you don’t have to anymore.
The New Document dialog allows you to
create extra space around your document
page for either bleed or slug information.
Just click on the More Options button in
the New Document dialog and you’ll be
presented with two extra sets of measure-
ments at the bottom. You can enter mea-
surements for either the bleed or the slug.
This way, you can create your document
at the actual fi nished size, yet still account
for all the extra stuff that you have to put
outside the document ...
