If you’ve been wondering where
the Pantone colors are hiding,
we can help. Go to the Swatches
palette and from its fl yout menu
choose New Color Swatch. A New
Color Swatch dialog will appear
(shown here) and if you click on
the Color Mode pop-up menu,
you’ll see a list of all the color
libraries, which are installed with
InDesign. Choose the one you
want (in this case, PANTONE solid
coated) and that set immediately
loads. To choose a particular
color, type the number in the
PANTONE fi eld.
