I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Le débat sur la retraite a mis en évidence le malaise dans la relation au travail. Au-delà du refus du principe de réalité sur l’allongement de la durée de vie et sur la pyramide des âges qui impose de travailler plus longtemps, ce qui se joue en filigrane, c’est une vision du travail. Déjà, lors de la loi sur les 35 heures, le message de fond adressé aux électeurs/salariés était : le travail ne doit pas être au centre de votre vie, la vie est ailleurs et donc on vous libère du temps pour la vraie vie. Les observateurs au sein des entreprises ont d’ailleurs noté une évolution : le travail est moins vécu comme une source de fierté voire de satisfaction et plus sur un mode victimaire.
