I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Le « printemps arabe » de 2011 a montré combien un dirigeant peut paraître légitime à l’extérieur et illégitime en interne. Les chefs d’État considérés par l’ensemble des pays occidentaux comme l’incarnation de leur pays et la garantie de leur stabilité sont brutalement passés au statut de dictateurs déchus et corrompus. Ce décalage entre les perceptions de ceux dont le point de vue est extérieur et les perceptions de ceux qui subissent de l’intérieur existe aussi, toutes proportions gardées, en entreprise.
