I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

En fait, derrière la question du salaire se dissimulent de très nombreux enjeux qui dépassent très largement la seule question de l’argent reçu.
D’abord, le salaire positionne dans l’échelle sociale de l’entreprise. Si un cadre peut considérer que dans l’absolu son revenu est satisfaisant lorsqu’il le compare à ses pairs il peut se sentir lésé. Et, par rapport à son dirigeant, la question pourrait être : comment puis-je valoir 20 ou 30 fois moins que celui qui me ...
