I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

VSKH has both own and franchisee outlets to sell processed and ready-to-eat chicken items. The
normal requirement is to have a fl oor space of 150–200 sq. ft. to open an outlet. Each outlet is
equipped with a refrigerator that maintains a temperature of around –10°C to –40°C.
The vertical integration enables VSKH to have complete control over the entire supply chain. The
problems of availability and fl uctuating wholesale prices of ingredients of feed for chicks and broil-
ers are overcome by VSKH by entering into long-term contracts with the farmers so that the sup-
