"The only sane way to delegate sub-/24 PTR authority is to delegate per /32.
Assuming the parent holds authority over 192.0.2.0/24, they have this zone:
2.0.192.in-addr.arpa. IN SOA .... IN NS ..
Now, suppose we want to delegate 192.0.2.0/25 to our example.com customer, we do:
0.2.0.192.in-addr.arpa. IN NS ns.example.com. 1.2.0.192.in- addr.arpa. IN NS ns.example.com. 2.2.0.192.in-addr.arpa. IN NS ns.example.com. ... 127.2.0.192.in-addr.arpa. IN NS ns.example.com.
