So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Transit providers
Many transit providers have large IP address allocations and may carve out a few /24s for you to use in your anycast deployment. They may want to limit you to their own networks and POPs if they do. If they're willing to let you traverse outside of their own network topology, then the subnets they loan you will have to be "portable."
