The two main approaches for getting your bind data into this format remains the same: either write or use a parser that will do the conversion, or if your target nameserver supports AXFR (which tinydns does) and you have the ability to open the BIND master for transfers to your tinydns client, then you can zone-transfer each zone and let the nameserver itself do the work of converting the data into its native format.
The preferred method in tinydns is to use the axfr method.
