I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
When to use DNSSEC
In a lot of cases, DNSSEC may be unnecessary. The point where it may be deemed necessary is with zones that provide a high-value target and where the consequences of successful and malicious tampering would be catastrophic, such as the following:
- Financial institutions and payment gateways
- Cryptocurrency exchanges and wallets
- Public infrastructure, including health and safety
- Government organizations and units
- Military
Any website that accepts online payments or any site that, for any reason, might find itself the target of a phishing attack, should consider enabling DNSSEC.
