Similar to authenticating your email communications, you can secure your web channels by forcing all connections through https and having your server validated via Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificates. Attackers can still set up fake domains impersonating yours and "authenticate" them with TLS certificates validating the fake names.
Often, if your business attracts this type of attack (and pretty near any online enterprise does at some point), you are on to the remediation phase.
