So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One benefit of using radio waves (versus infrared, which sends bursts of
invisible light) is that WLANs do not require line of sight to send data from one
user to another. Data can travel through walls, windows, and floors, depending on
the materials used in construction. The benefit of this is that users can stay
connected to the company intranet for data and business applications usage or to
share access to the Internet as they move around an office building or campus.
