It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Metro Ethernet Adoption Considerations
For the more than 65 percent of small-medium businesses that are based in
multitenant office buildings, Metro Ethernet is worth investigating if it is available
from service providers or is offered by the building’s management company as
