I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Failure is an option
First, don't be afraid to fail. Failure is the perfect way to learn.

Let's take the Advanced Administrator certification as an example. It took me two attempts to clear the exam: in the first attempt, I was sure I could get through it without any issue, but I discovered that I hadn't studied the right way and I was actually bad at some key topics that I had no experience in.
