addbib — Create or Extend a Bibliographic Database
Synopsis
/usr/bin/addbib [-a] [-p promptfile] database
Description
Use the addbib command to create or add entries to a bibliographic database. Once you create the database, you can search, index, sort, and format the database by using the related *bib commands. When you start addbib, you can display instructions by typing y at the Instructions? prompt. Typing n or Return skips them. addbib then prompts you for various bibliographic fields, reads responses from the terminal, and sends output records to database .
