Adding a Soft, Dreamy Glow to Your Photos

This is a nice look for dreamy landscapes, or portraits and photos of the kids that you want to have that dreamy look. There are three controls in the Light-room app that when you tap-and-drag them the opposite way from the way we would normally drag them, it adds a softening effect (we normally add these effects by dragging their sliders to the right, but to soften the image we, instead, drag to the left).
