If you want to change a particular color in your image, on Lightroom’s All Photos screen, tap on the photo you want to edit, then in the row of edit icons at the bottom of the screen, tap on Color (its icon looks like a thermometer). In the top-right corner of the panel that appears below your image, tap on Mix (it has a color wheel icon to its left) to be taken to the Hue/Saturation/Luminance controls (HSL, for short). At the top center of this panel, you’ll see an icon that looks kind of like a target of sorts. This is the Target Adjustment tool (circled above center).
