So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A super-popular iPhone camera effect right now is to have the sun overtake your image to where you have lens flare and sun flare effects, which help create this bright, airy, sunshiny look to your photos. It’s so popular that there are now even apps that add artificial lens flares to your photos (see page 211). This is kind of ironic because for many years, pro photographers have jumped through all sorts of hoops to avoid lens flare, including using large, bulky lens hoods and buying lenses with special nano coating designed to reduce lens flare, and now having lens flare in your portrait is the hot thing.
